Purchasing: Upon confirmation of payment processing, you will receive and email notification, notifying you that your order has been received.
Order Processing: Please allow two full business days for processing of an order.
Ex. #1 If an order is placed on a Friday during normal business hours, say 1pm PST, then we would ask that your please allow till Tuesday at 1pm for your order to be processed and put in route to your desired location.
Ex. #2 If an order is place on a Monday after business hours, say 6pm PST. Then we would ask that you please allow 48-hours for processing, starting the following morning at 8am. The product will be processed and out the door for delivery by Wednesday evening at 5pm.
Shipping:

- Free shipping domestic takes between 2-5 business day. Order's over $100, automatically qualify for free shipping.
- All products are shipped with Certificate of Analysis specific to each cultivar.
- All products are shipped with Farm Bill Compliance letter, outlining regulatory framework for legality of each product.
- If for some reason, your product does not show, after the combined, processing time (2-business days) and delivery times (2-5 business days for free shipping & allotted ship times for expedited), then please contact us at the folks@flwr-club.com.
Packaging: All products are shipped Mylar or PU coated smell proof anti-tamper packaging, and all cold-store products will contain thermal packaging.
Payment Processing: All orders are processed by Square Payments.
Testing: We work with suppliers that get their products tested by accredited testing authorities only. We focus on ORELAP accredited facilities only. All suppliers are rigorously vetted and growing practices must meet specific criteria for selection.

- We offer free ground and standard shipping nationwide delivered within 2-5 business days. Order minimum of $100 for free shipping.
- Please allow 2 full business days to process an order before it goes out for shipping. This puts average delivery time at 5 to 7 business days.
- You will receive and email confirmation that your order is out for shipping. A tracking number will be attached to your email. Please check you spam folder for any emails containing tracking information.
- All products are shipped with Certificate of Analysis (COA) specific to each product. All products are shipped with Farm Bill Compliance letter to authority, outlining the regulatory framework for legal compliance of each product.
- All products are shipped to customer's preferred address, as provided by the customer at checkout on flwr-club.com
- FLWR Club is not responsible for any order that is stolen outside the customers' address, lost in transit, not delivered or seized.
- Orders are shipped daily Monday – Friday. Orders placed before the shipping deadline ship out the same day you order before 12 pm PST for all orders. Any orders placed after these timeframes will be processed the next business day, which adds one business day to the estimated arrival.
What does the term business days mean?
Business days means working days, Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and postal holidays do not count as a shipping day. There are a few shipping limitations on certain products which can be found on the corresponding product page.*
